Found another source ( https://mb.com.ph/2024/05/23/manila-solon-wants-tik-tok-banned-in-philippines-here-s-why ): regulate “foreign adversary controlled applications”. So TikTok lang nga ang primary target. Confusing ang post ng PTV.
