Think about the times you changed your mind about something central to your identity—thoughts, feelings, beliefs. This can be about religion, sexuality and gender, politics, or personal values.

How did it start? How long did it take? Did anyone help or block the journey?

I am deliberately making this vague. (A) It started with entertaining a different idea then the change occurred gradually. (B) It took a while for me to encounter a label that fits. And my accepting that label also occurred gradually.
