Due to the proliferation of spam calls (unknown numbers), we should have a new protocol. If it’s legit, text first and introduce yourself before calling. Otherwise, I will always assume unknown callers are scammers and will be ignored.
PS. Since PH government and telcos can’t do anything about this, tayo na lang mag adjust. As usual.
