My editing philosophy in TLWP if both spellings is correct: “basta konsistent” ang spelling within the article.

(Speaking as Tagalog WP admin) May times na lumang Tagalog spelling ang preferred ng contributors instead of new Filipino spelling recommended by the Ortograpiya ng Wikang Pambansa. May issue pa kami sa Pilipinas/Filipinas.
