@fredc I’m still cracking up on that video 🤣 a very brilliant concept. RC Cola has one of the best marketing team here I think. Their previous ads were also just as weird and cool.
@teacherbuknoy there’s this non-Filipino reactor I saw on those short form video sites (forgot which one). Somehow the punch line does not have that much impact if the viewer are not familiar with the cultural context and word play.
@fredc ohh I can see why. The Sharon joke has multiple layers to it that if you’re not immersed in Pinoy culture, it would be difficult to grasp it, and even if you did understand it, you would probably have a hard time finding it funny.
