Since I am currently reading four books at the same time, I have to wonder: how many books do you read at the same time?

@weebdeluxe@urusai.social @bookstodon@a.gup.pe At least three, in different formats: ebook, audiobook, and graphic novel. If I am in the mood, the fourth one is a paperback novel, and the fifth one is a non-fiction book in any format.

Seems like Converge ICT is blocking image servers (pbs.twimg.com) from X, the social media site formerly known as Twitter.

Anybody else experiencing the same issue? Affects X on desktop/browser and Tweetdeck. Images load on X mobile app albeit very slowly.

@ajalapus@mastodon.social IC. I thought it was because I am not on Blue. I checked using Smart on data, the images are loading.

Google Photos annoyances and more work nerdery.New Blog Update - 02CF7: Google Photos Fusion Accidentshttps://www.rockysunico.com/2023/08/02cf7-google-photos-fusion-accidents.html

I usually get those inappropriate merges on Google Photos. I started creating manual albums as fallback. Tedious, yes, but it gives me something to do when I am procrastinating with something else.

Maraming housekeeping bills: Renaming of public schools, buildings, roads. Ok lang sa akin kung walang bahid ng politika or masyadong mahaba ang diskusyon.

Understandably na evolving pa rin ito. Ang hirap din siguro niyan to avoid any conflicting edits.

My editing philosophy in TLWP if both spellings is correct: “basta konsistent” ang spelling within the article.

Akala ko Miyerkules siya. TIL. It's even in the Tagalog translation of Wiki.

(Speaking as Tagalog WP admin) May times na lumang Tagalog spelling ang preferred ng contributors instead of new Filipino spelling recommended by the Ortograpiya ng Wikang Pambansa. May issue pa kami sa Pilipinas/Filipinas.
