@fredc@mastodon.online I'm still cracking up on that video 🀣 a very brilliant concept. RC Cola has one of the best marketing team here I think. Their previous ads were also just as weird and cool.

@teacherbuknoy@social.antaresph.dev there’s this non-Filipino reactor I saw on those short-form video sites (I forgot which one). Somehow the punch line does not have that much impact if the viewer is unfamiliar with the cultural context and wordplay.

This is a picture of our small town's parish church. Saints Peter and Paul Parish in Bauang, La Union is one of the oldest churches in the Philippines. It was founded in 1850 by the Augustinian missionaries. The church bell was removed by U.S forces in 1901 during the Filipino-American war. It was returned in 2016 after 115 years. #history #philippines
